Designing participatory processes, systems and digital products for organizations and brands navigating complexity, clarifying direction, and evolving with intention.

Fields of Work

  • A brand is not a logo — it’s a framework for alignment, decision-making, and trust.

I help organizations clarify who they are, what they stand for, and how their internal culture connects to their external impact. The goal is not just better messaging, but greater coherence across teams, experiences, and systems.

My approach combines brand strategy with systems thinking to help organizations articulate a direction that feels both grounded and actionable.

This can include: positioning, naming, narrative development, messaging frameworks, storytelling, and organizational clarity.

  • Rooted in design thinking methodologies from the Stanford d.school and IDEO, I work collaboratively with teams, stakeholders, and communities to surface what an organization is truly becoming, then help shape the structures, conversations, and pathways needed to support that evolution.

Rather than imposing solutions, I design participatory processes that help people think together more clearly, identify leverage points, and build shared ownership around strategic direction.

This can include: stakeholder engagement, systems mapping, assumption testing, ideation sessions, strategic roadmapping, and collaborative research.

  • Some of the most important knowledge inside an organization is often fragmented, unspoken, or difficult to articulate collectively.

Through workshops, co-design sessions, and facilitated conversations, I help teams align around purpose, navigate complexity, and move forward with greater clarity and cohesion. The work is collaborative by design — because durable strategy is rarely created in isolation.

This can include: leadership workshops, co-creation sessions, facilitation, organizational narrative, and strategic alignment.

  • When identity emerges from strategy, participation, and context, it resonates more deeply and evolves more naturally over time.

I collaborate with a curated network of designers, illustrators, developers, writers, and creative partners to build visual systems that are thoughtful, legible, and grounded in the values of the organizations they represent.

This can include: visual identity systems, art direction, creative direction, visual language development, and design partnerships.

  • I design accessible, human-centered digital experiences that help people understand, trust, and engage with your work.

Whether developing organizational websites, content ecosystems, or digital products, the focus is always on clarity, usability, and meaningful connection. Technology supports the relationship; the experience supports the mission.

This can include: UX strategy, information architecture, content strategy, website direction, and digital experience design.
